Designed to burn fat by elevating heart rate and burning calories. Warm up, hi/lo aerobis, sit ups & cool down.
Fight Do
Intermediate to Advanced
Combining The Best Of Boxing & Martial Arts. A Very Simple, Dynamic & Intense Fitness Experience. Fight Do Is Effective & Fun It Will Get You Burning Calories And Give You Amazing Results.!
KI MAX
Beginner to Advanced
Using a free standing bag. The Class is structured into 'rounds' of boxing. MuayThai and kickboxing using simple, intense & dynamic movements. Each 'round' has carefully structured movements while also considering both muscularco-ordination and the energy systems.
Pilates
Beginner to Advanced
Improves truck & pelvic stability. Creates musclebalance in the body & greater co-ordination of movement and control of abdominals & breathing. Recommended for the elderly, sufferers of back & other joint/muscular, as a form of injury prevention & as a relief of mental/physical stress.
Power Fit
Beginner to Advanced
Its motivating & entertaining. Combining cardio with the use of barballs. The class targets all muscle group. A complete effective workout for everyone.
RITMIX
Beginner to Advanced
Combines fitness with dance. Includes warm up, 9 cardio tracks involving different rhythms for each track - funk, latin, dance, hip hop, jazz & Arabian each with a different intensity. Entertaining, simple, energetic& lots of fun.
Teen Circuits age(9-14)
Beginner to Advanced
Run by qualified instructors the focus is incorporating fun & fitness. The teen program involves weight bearing exercise which will strengthen bones & joints & improve muscle tone.
X55
Intermediate to Advanced
High energy and High intensity. Ideal workout to burn fat and gives maximum toning to all muscle in the body. The class uses a step & dumbells and is the ultimate in ensuring you train at 100%.
YOGA
Beginner to Advanced
For relaxation and stress management. Known for its positive effects on releasing muscle tension & improving posture.
BEGINNER
1. Have little or no exercise background
2. Are overweight, pregnant or over 50.
3. Have done no exercise for the past 3 - 6 months.
INTERMEDIATE
1. Have participated regularly (2 - 3 times per week for the past 6 months).
2. Have a strong aerobic background (jogging or several beginner classes)
ADVANCED
1. Participated in many aerobic classes before
2. Can alternate between high and low impact moves.
Aqua Aerobics - NEW

The Lakes will be re-introducing the Aqua Aerobics class. First class will be held on Sunday 14th September at 10 am. See you there!
